General
ZICO (trading as [ZICO]) (“ZICO”) respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website. This Privacy Policy outlines the information ZICO may collect and how we may use that information.

Personal Data
ZICO will not collect any personally-identifiable information about you (e.g. your name, address, telephone number or email address ("personal data") through our website, unless you have provided it to us voluntarily. If you do not want your personal data collected, please do not submit it to us.

When you do provide us with personal data, we may use that information in the following ways, unless stated otherwise:

  • we may store and process that information to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services;
  • we may use that information to contact you.

We may share your information with our group companies or agencies and third parties providing services on our behalf (such as fulfilment houses in connection with the promotions). We may provide other third parties with summary - but not individual - information about visitors to or users of our sites. In some circumstances, we may have to disclose your personal information by law.  We do not now and do not intend to sell, rent or market personal data about you to third parties.

Children
Parents should be aware that ZICO's Privacy Policy will govern our use of personal data, but that information which is voluntarily given by children - or others - in chat sessions, email exchanges, bulletin boards or the like may be used by other parties to generate unsolicited mail. ZICO encourages all parents to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of their personal data while using the Internet.

Additional Information Collected Automatically
In some cases, we may automatically (i.e. not via registration) collect technical information when you connect to our site that is not personally-identifiable. Examples of this type of information include the type of Internet Browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using and the domain name of the website from which you linked to our site.

Info Placed Automatically on Your PC - Cookies
When you view one of our websites, we may store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a "Cookie" or similar file and can help us in many ways. For example, Cookies allow us to tailor a website to better match your interests and preferences. With most Internet browsers, you can erase Cookies from your computer hard drive, block all Cookies or receive a warning before a Cookie is stored. Access To Personal Information

Facebook Connect
Using the Facebook Connect and log in buttons on the ZICO site, to either register or log in, will share data using the Facebook API. ZICO will try to access the following fields from your Facebook profile: Facebook User ID, First Name, Email, Date of Birth, Gender, Hometown and Current city. If your privacy settings do not allow us to access this information, you will be able to provide it on a separate form. You do not need to modify your Facebook privacy settings to use this feature. These fields will be saved on ZICO's system and will not be shared with any third party. Once retrieved, ZICO will neither access this information again nor attempt to keep it in sync and ZICO will not accept any information sent by Facebook. You will have to make any change to your private information separately on Facebook and ZICO (via updates on the 'My Account' section). If we have retrieved the data via Facebook, ZICO relies on the data you have provided to Facebook and by agreeing to the terms and conditions you confirm that this data is accurate. Facebook operates its own set of terms and conditions and privacy policy which are separate to the ones made available by ZICO on this site. On completion of registration on ZICO using Facebook Connect a generic ZICO registration message will be posted to your profile. Your friends will be able to see this message.
